With over 17 years of experience mastering both Chinese and Western cuisines, Chef Owen Fung currently serves as Miele’s In-house Head Chef. He has worked at numerous renowned establishments across the city and served as Sous Chef for more than seven years at FINDS—Hong Kong’s only Scandinavian restaurant. During this time, FINDS received multiple prestigious accolades, including recognition in South China Morning Post’s 100 Top Tables 2013, Hong Kong Tatler’s Best Restaurants 2014, and The Foodie Forks 2015 – Chef of the Year.
Since joining Miele in 2016, Chef Owen has dedicated himself to sharing his passion for cooking through a series of thoughtfully curated culinary classes and workshops. These events allow him to personally showcase and teach signature dishes, sharing his love for the culinary arts and professional expertise with food enthusiasts while promoting the culture of gastronomy.
