Terms & Conditions
  • Prior appointment is necessary to attend our classes.
  • Classes are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Each participant can only register for once.
  • Participants are required to pay HK$200 in advance as seat reservation, and a full refund will be made after joining the event within 14 working days.
  • Participants may select either 1 or 2 attendees during registration. In the case of a registration for 2 individuals, both e-tickets will be sent to the email address of the primary registrant who completed the payment.
  • Eligible participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the activity starts for on-site check in. Participants are required to present the confirmation email before participation. Class will commence on time and it may not be possible to restart certain steps due to late arrivals.
  • The event will be conducted in Cantonese, and no translation services will be provided for English or any other languages.
  • Participants are required to present the confirmation email and QR code on the event day. After attending the workshop, participant will receive a full refund via the Eventbrite platform within 14 working days. No refund will be given for no-shows.
  • In the event of a 2-individuals registration where only 1 attendee is present at the workshop, the attendee will receive a full refund within 14 working days through the Eventbrite platform, while the absent participant will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any personal reason(s) for event absence, refund will not be accepted, including but not limited to sickness, injuries and clash of personal schedule, and no replacement of participation will be accepted. Participant(s) has responsibility to read this statement thoroughly, understand it and bear relevant risks.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to cancel the class in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to:
    • Inclement weather, such as black rainstorm warnings, typhoon signal No.8 or above, or other natural disasters.
    • The chef originally scheduled to lead the class is unable to attend due to illness or injury.
    • Any issues with the venue, such as sudden unavailability, safety concerns, or technical difficulties.
    • Other uncontrollable events, such as transportation strikes, emergencies
  • If the class is cancelled, affected participants will be notified via their registered email as soon as possible. Successfully registered participants will receive a full refund through the Eventbrite platform within 14 working days, but no make-up class will be arranged.
  • If fewer than six people register for the class, the class will be cancelled. Participants will receive a notification email from Miele and will be issued a full refund through the Eventbrite platform within 14 working days.
  • Participants acknowledge that the event may be photographed or videoed by third parties.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to seek compensation from participants whose incorrect, careless or malicious actions have caused damage to our equipment.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited has the right to suspend, terminate, cancel or extend the above activities or change/amend them at any time. The above terms and conditions may change without prior notice and without any liability to any party.
  • Before deciding to participate, participants should be aware of this possibility and agree not to hold Miele (Hong Kong) Limited responsible for any related complaints.
  • If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to terminate or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Miele (Hong Kong) Limited and relevant participating partners hold the final decision.
