MasterClass Terms and Conditions

Attendance at our MasterClass requires a prior appointment with registration.
MasterClass sessions are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
No cancellations are allowed once registration and payment have been made, and they are non-refundable.
All registration information will be verified, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
Participants may select either one or two attendees during registration. In the case of a registration for two individuals, both e-tickets will be sent to the email address of the primary registrant who completed the payment.
The event will be conducted in Cantonese, and no translation services will be provided for English or any other languages.
Eligible participants should arrive at least ten minutes before the activity starts for on-site check-in.
Participants are required to present the confirmation email before participation.
The class will commence on time, and it may not be possible to restart certain steps due to late arrivals.

The fee for the MasterClass is HK$1,000 per person.
Participants who registered and attended the cooking class will receive dish recipes and will be refunded two Miele webshop vouchers (HK$500 each).
These vouchers can be applied to purchases of HK$1,000 or above at the Miele Hong Kong Online Shop (www.shop.miele.hk), excluding Miele Service Certificate (MSC).
The vouchers cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, changed to other gifts or products, or transferred to a third party.
Each Miele webshop voucher is valid for three months and cannot be combined with other e-vouchers or promotional codes.
Free delivery will be provided to Hong Kong addresses for orders of HK$500 or above, subject to additional terms and conditions.
The two Miele webshop vouchers (HK$500 each) will be dispatched within fourteen days after the event to participants who registered and attended the cooking class.

Any personal reason for event absence will not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to sickness, injuries, or clashes with personal schedules.
No replacement of participation will be accepted.
Participants have the responsibility to read this statement thoroughly, understand it, and bear relevant risks.
Once payment is confirmed, all event details cannot be altered, and payment will not be refunded.
In the event of a two-individual registration where only one attendee is present:
- Only the attending participant will receive a refund of two Miele webshop vouchers (HK$500 each), which will be sent to the registered email.
- The absent participant will not be eligible for a refund.

Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to cancel the MasterClass due to unforeseen circumstances.
Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to:
- The chef originally scheduled to lead the MasterClass is unable to attend due to illness or injury.
- Any issues with the venue, such as sudden unavailability, safety concerns, or technical difficulties.
- Inclement weather, such as black rainstorm warnings, typhoon signal No.8 or above, or other natural disasters.
- Other uncontrollable events, such as transportation strikes, emergencies
Participants will be notified via their registered email as soon as possible in case of cancellation.
If the event is canceled:
- A full refund of HK$1,000 per person will be processed via the Eventbrite platform within three months.
- No make-up class arrangement will be made.

Before application, participants should be aware of potential food allergy risks.
Ingredient inquiries are available for reference.
Miele (Hong Kong) Limited holds no responsibility for any food allergy situations caused during or after the event.
Ingredients or materials used in the event may change due to special circumstances without prior notice.

Participants acknowledge that the event may be photographed or videoed by third parties.
Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to seek compensation from participants whose incorrect, careless or malicious actions have caused damage to our equipment.
Miele (Hong Kong) Limited has the right to suspend, terminate, cancel or extend the above activities or change/amend them at any time. The above terms and conditions may change without prior notice and without any liability to any party.
Before deciding to participate, participants should be aware of this possibility and agree not to hold Miele (Hong Kong) Limited responsible for any related complaints.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
