MasterClass Terms and Conditions

Class Registration
  • Attendance at our MasterClass requires a prior appointment with registration.
  • MasterClass are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No cancellations are allowed once registration & payment has been made and are not refundable.
  • All registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Participants may select either 1 or 2 attendees during registration. In the case of a registration for two individuals, both e-tickets will be sent to the email address of the primary registrant who completed the payment.
  • The event will be conducted in English, and no translation services will be provided for Cantonese or any other languages.
  • Eligible participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the activity starts for on-site check in. Participants are required to present the confirmation email before participation. Class will commence on time and it may not be possible to re-start making certain steps due to late arrivals.
  • The fee for the MasterClass is HK$600 per person. Participants who registered and attended the cooking class will receive 1 pieces of 6-inch Gugelhupf with recipes, and will be refunded 2 Miele webshop vouchers, each valued at HK$300. These vouchers can be applied to purchases of HK$1,000 or above, at the Miele Hong Kong Online Shop (www.shop.miele.hk), excluding Miele Service Certificate (MSC). The vouchers cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, changes to other gifts/ products or transferred to a third party.
  • Each Miele webshop voucher is valid for 3 months. Voucher cannot be combined with other e-vouchers or promotional codes. Free delivery will be provided to Hong Kong addresses for orders of HK$500 or above, subject to additional terms and conditions.
  • The 2 Miele webshop vouchers will be dispatched to participants who registered and attended the cooking class within 14 days after event day.
  • Any personal reason(s) for event absence, refund will not be accepted, including but not limited to sickness, injuries and clash of personal schedule, and no replacement of participation will be accepted. Participant(s) has responsibility to read this statement thoroughly, understand it and bear relevant risks. Once payment is confirmed, all details of events cannot be altered, and payment will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a 2-individuals registration where only one attendee is present at the workshop, the attendee will receive a refund of 2 Miele webshop vouchers, while the absent participant will not be eligible for refund.
  • Before application, please be aware of any potential food allergy situation. Enquiry for the food ingredients used in event is available for reference. Miele (Hong Kong) Limited has no responsibility for any food allergy situation caused during or after the event.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited and relevant participating partners have the right to suspend, terminate, cancel or extend the above activities or change/amend them at any time. The above terms and conditions may change without prior notice and without any liability to any party.
  • Ingredients or materials used in the event may change due to special circumstances without advance notice.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to cancel the workshop in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made to participants’ registered emails on the day of the workshop.
  • Refund of the class value (HK$600/ person) will be made within 3 months, if class is being cancelled. No make-up class arrangement will be made.
General Terms & Conditions
  • Participants acknowledge that cooking class may be photographed or videoed by third parties. Before deciding to participate in the cooking class, participants need to pay attention to the above matters and agree not to hold Miele (HK) Limited responsible for any related complaints.
  • If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  • Miele (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to terminate or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Miele (HK) Limited and relevant participating partners reserve the right to make the final decision.
